We sit in meditation to discover the peace within us, which flows throughout our being, soothing, warming, and harmonizing our mind, body, and soul. It is exactly what we need in this time of confusion and chaos in our outer world.
The morning will include three 30-minute yoga sittings, divided by 10-minute breaks, and a concluding yoga Nidra sitting. There will be an opportunity for sharing and discussion at the end of the morning.
