It doesn’t matter what has happened up to this moment – that is history. It’s over. What matters is what you are holding in your consciousness right now as to the possibility for your life. We stretch and grow in consciousness into the next evolution. Meditation is a clear and present way to grow inwardly, finding your own wholeness and authenticity, knowing yourself beyond your faulty thoughts of inadequacy and limitation.
